Even more Hallowe'en...

Another chilling spectre...

Spooky, but cute, ghosts

Cake-pops styled on Jack Skellington from 'A Nightmare Before Christmas'

Jack-o-lantern Pumpkin Heads

Zombies on a bead of entrails...

The final party collection (including a token alien)!

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly!

Well, I should at least get points for trying...

I started with the cake crumbs

Then added the pre-prepared, home-made buttercream

Then I got to work, creating 'shaped' cake-pop balls...

Maybe I was too ambitious?

Remember, I'm still learning ;-)   -  when I dipped the 'balls' into the hot chocolate, the 'ears' either dropped off or melted - doh!!

Anyway, for a first attempt at making 'novelty-shaped' cake pops - I think these look quite cute in an ugly sort of a way. It just makes me want to keep trying....
